Sunday Morning Long Run

It’s Sunday morning. Today is my 5-mile run. I’ve started to establish a routine. I’m not an early-morning runner. I like to get up, drink my coffee and grab something small to eat. About 30 minutes before my run, I hop in the hot tub and let the warm water loosen up my muscles. Today, my daughters followed me in, so the nice, quiet time mentally preparing for the run didn’t happen.
